Tuesday, September 14 at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
The 11th Annual ORLANDO WOMEN’S CONFERENCE, scheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the DR. PHILLIPS CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, is a one-day program built around the concept of growing and nurturing women leaders. ORANGE APPEAL has been an ardent supporter of women since launching in 2008 and as a direct outreach, an annual women’s conference was established.
Although last year’s event went virtual, attendees included more than 350 professionals, community leaders and business owners. The 2021 conference will feature dozens of speakers in a variety of sessions. As always, we are encouraging women to take a day for themselves, and expand their horizons with personal and professional development sessions. Based on pandemic guidlelines, we plan to limit live attendance and offer a virtual component.
There will be THREE DISTINCT KEYNOTE ADDRESSES — morning opening, luncheon and afternoon. These prominent local women will deliver inspiring and uplifting messages. Topics for the day will include relevant issues, challenges and opportunities for women to come together and lead. The day will end with a reception to honor ORANGE APPEAL’S 2021 WOMEN OF THE YEAR.
An EXHIBIT MARKETPLACE will be back offering attendees an opportunity to see what’s new in everything from beauty and healthcare to education and self-improvement. But there will be a dose fun too, with clothing and jewelry vendors as well as prize drawings and specialty demonstrations.
ORANGE APPEAL will be featuring programming content as well as information on our speakers and sponsors in the SEP/OCT issue. We will be working with a committee of women from across Central Florida to fully develop the day. THE ORLANDO WOMEN’S CONFERENCE provides a forum for important women’s and community issues.
We look forward to presenting the Orlando Women’s Conference virtually on Friday, September 18. We’ve updated our speaker page and schedule page, reflecting the latest lineup! Check back here for ongoing updates!

We were hoping to get together in person this fall, but based on input and the current state of affairs, we have decided to present the programming virtually on Friday, September 18. We know we can provide valuable and entertaining content, which we are working on now! Stay tuned to this website or our Facebook page for updates!
Given the latest CDC recommendations, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Conference. We are currently researching early fall dates for the 10th annual Orlando Women’s Conference. We thank you for your support and will keep you posted as soon as we have confirmation!
